Refund Policy – MathRise.online

At MathRise.online, we strive to provide high-quality personalized tutoring services that empower learners to achieve academic success. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our refund practices.

🔁 1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Technical issues preventing access to paid services.
  • Duplicate payments or accidental overcharges.
  • Cancellation of a subscription or course within the eligible refund window.

📅 2. Refund Request Timeline

  • One-on-One Tutoring Packages: Within 7 days of purchase and before the first session.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Within 48 hours of billing date and no sessions used.
  • Course Enrollments: Within 5 days of enrollment, if less than 20% of content accessed.

💳 3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for completed tutoring sessions.
  • Customized lesson plans or downloadable materials.
  • Promotional or discounted packages.

🔄 4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email support@mathrise.online with:

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees may apply depending on the payment gateway.

⚠️ 5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via their dashboard. Cancellation after the refund window will not result in reimbursement but will prevent future billing.

🔐 6. Disputes & Exceptions

MathRise reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of documented hardship or service failure.
